Our first 20 exterior projects of 2020 were rescheduled.
And every one of those clients was understanding, flexible, and kind.
We’ve had a front-row seat to this amazing community. This hasn’t been easy – for anyone. It may seem small, but people rearrange budgets and small parts of their lives for projects like these, and we don’t take that lightly. When this crisis began to unfold, we knew we’d have to make some big decisions for the safety of our staff, our families, and our clients. And as we called each client and worked through the changes alongside them, their understanding and patience have reminded us of why we do this.
We love the instant change that paint provides. We love working with clients to make their home their dream home. But more than any of that, the reason we do all of this is so that our clients can be happy to come home.
Happy to be home.
And as we all stay home, or slowly venture out as we feel confident to do so, we take this responsibility seriously. Because being happy to be home, for many of us, was probably something we took for granted until earlier this year.
Home became a refuge. And “happy to be home” meant feeling safe there.
And that’s why we’ve worked hard over the past several weeks – implementing sanitation and social-distancing techniques that have us poised to overcome the challenges ahead.
A freshly painted exterior is a true game-changer in terms of how you feel when you pull up to your home. We want to make sure you feel confident when you choose us. Our mission is for you to be happy to be home.
And right now, that means everything.
